PEMBROKE, NH. July 15, 2009 – The Cedar Mill Group has become Epoch Homes’ latest Recognized Independent Builder. The Cedar Mill Group has been consistently recognized by the New Hampshire Home Builders and Remodelers Association as a top quality award winning company. This year, at the annual Cornerstone Awards Banquet, Geoffrey Martin, President, took top honors as Remodeler of the Year. “To be recognized by his peers with this award is a testament to the professionalism manifested by Geoff and his team”, said John Ela, President and CEO of Epoch Homes. “At Epoch Homes, we pride ourselves in partnering with quality companies like Cedar Mill, as they hold the same values in quality craftsmanship, sustainable building practices, and customer service that Epoch believes in.”
As a Recognized Independent Epoch Builder, Geoff and Cedar Mill Group will provide home buyers in Webster and the surrounding communities with the ability to custom design their own Epoch homes. Customers looking for a “Green” home will have an extensive list of both standard and optional features that will allow them to reach any certification level, Bronze through Platinum, that they choose. “When we realized how well Cedar Mill Group’s business model dovetailed with our own, and that they have the resources for all the subcontracting teams necessary to assure the work is done in a professional manner and on schedule, we knew they were a great addition to our network of builders” said Ela.
At the annual Homebuilders and Remodelers Association of New Hampshire Cornerstone Awards banquet not only did Geoff become Remodeler of The Year, but Cedar Mill Group took the first place Gold award for Kitchen Remodel over $100K and the Silver award for Residential Remodeling $50K-$100K,
Epoch Homes took the Gold award in three categories, Best Design, New Construction, Single Family Detached $650K-$800K, Best Design, New Construction, Single Family Detached $350K-$400K, and Specialty Outbuilding- Commercial.
